Residing in the beautiful Hudson Valley, Andrew Westphal produces music in a wide range of styles for a variety of mediums. His music has been licensed internationally with credits ranging from Biography to NBA Access on ABC. Andrew is also a skilled Pro Tools engineer, a studio musician, and a distinctive pianist–performing extensively for the past 20 years.

A performance graduate of Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, Andrew was mentored by master jazz pianist Kenny Barron. He also studied with concert pianist Wanda Maximilien and placed first in a Young Artists competition, performing Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2 with orchestra.

Recently, Andrew received Judges’ Pick at Indaba Music.com for his John Legend remix of “If You’re Out There” and Runner-Up for Indaba Music’s PBS Music Instinct contest.
